Every day at The Elements, we put our customers and staff first. This remains true as we face the uncertainties of COVID-19. We are in this together, and while we have changed our day-to-day interactions and way of life, these new ways allow us to keep looking after you whilst ensuring we continue to make health and safety our top priority.
LEVEL ONE Business is pretty much as normal. 1. Please either scan in or write your contact details in our manual contact register. 2. Sanitiser is provided for you to use before and after your visit. 3. If you are feeling unwell or have cold or flu-like symptoms please cancel your appointment (our cancellation policy has been relaxed) we would just appreciate as much notice as possible. 4. We will be asking you some screening covid questions before your treatment, please don't be offended this is in place for everyone's safety.
LEVEL TWO 1. Please call before your appointment if you’re unwell, especially with cold or flu-like symptoms. We’ll be in touch too, before your appointment to check all is well. 2. If you wish you can wait in your car, simply call us when you arrive (phone 09 480 7563) and we’ll contact you when ready. We’ll ask you some screening covid questions again and temperature monitor. Hand sanitiser will be provided when you enter the clinic. 3. Please observe social distancing as much as possible. When you arrive, please keep 1 metre distance from others. When sitting in reception also ensure you space out from others. 4. Try not to bring other people with you to limit the number of people in our clinic. 5. Expect to see your therapists wearing PPE - face masks, eye protection and gloves. 6. Depending on the treatment our beds will either have the linen changed completely each time or have fresh disposable bed coverings and we are sanitising surfaces between each client. 7. We have removed all skin care testers. 8. Our receptionists are also ensuring they clean the touch surfaces (eftpos machine, door handles, reception bench top etc) with hospital grade disinfectant between each client. 9. You may notice we have no magazines or brochures on display to limit touch points. 10. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a drink at this time.
LEVEL THREE & FOUR Our clinic will be closed. All scheduled appointments will be automatically cancelled and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Please bear in mind that we often need to wait for further instructions from the Government in regard to timing on level changes. Our automated text reminders will happen AUTOMATICALLY and are not easy for us to override when we aren't in the clinic, so our apologies if this is confusing.
Help! We are in lockdown and I need more products? Should you run out of products we will be able to assist with remote shopping. Please email email@example.com to arrange the sale and safe remote collection (note this will only happen on certain days but we will do our best to accommodate your needs).
LEVEL FIVE Due to the strict Government restrictions as a non essential business, our staff are staying home.
