ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have time to complete your client information form (new clients only) and change for your treatment. It is also nice to take a moment to unwind and make the transition from rushing outside to making the most of your time with us.

CANCELLATIONS
At the time of booking a treatment we may require credit card details to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, where possible please provide 24 hours notice.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
When you make a booking please let us know if you have any health considerations, such as pregnancy so we can advise which treatment or products are best for you.

AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be over 14 years of age to experience our spa treatments.

DRESS
Our staff will provide you with a robe and slippers to wear. Disposable underwear will be provided when required for treatments.

VOUCHERS
​For special occasions, gift vouchers make a perfect present and can include any treatment, dollar value, or package of your choice. Gift certificates are available for purchase over the phone, at our reception or online.
