What are the benefits?

Is this like microdermabrasion?
No. Microdermabrasion mechanically removes the outer layer of dead skin cells. HydraFacial does this but in a much more gentle manner due to the patented Vortex-Fusion technology. In addition it does much more including: clean and extract pores, stimulate skin cell regeneration with a custom chemical peel, infuse anti-oxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin. Compared to microdermabrasion, HydraFacial is newer technology that is more gentle and gives superior results. 

Who is it suitable for? How safe is it?
The HydraFacial treatment is suitable for almost all ages and all skin types including sensitive skin. The treatment is non-invasive and non-surgical. There is minimal discomfort and no downtime. Make-up can be applied immediately after the procedure.

What is the procedure? 
The treatment involves gliding a handpiece over the skin that utilises Vortex-Fusion technology. By using a combination of different spiral tips, suctions, and serum infusions, a sequence of treatment takes place to revitalise your skin and target specific concerns. This includes: exfoliation of dead skin, a mild chemical peel, extraction of pores for deep cleaning, and infusion of antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. All of this happens in the same appointment. The procedure takes around 30 minutes. To address specific concerns, we can incorporate customised treatments within the HydraFacial that may improve: lymphatic drainage, treat fine lines, improve circulation, treat pigmentation and acne control.

Does everybody get the same treatment?
HydraFacial treatment is fully customised to the client’s skin. There are many parameters that we control such as: Vortex power, and infusion flow rate. We can even target specific areas of concern including: PIGMENTATION to brighten your skin, LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE to improve circulation and hayfever, ACNE control, and FINE LINES. How many treatments are needed?
